Open a new file in NotePad

Copy & Paste the following command:

Save this as unlock.reg. To lock the registry, change both dword:00000000 to dword:00000001 and save as lock.reg.

You can also download these files in the download section of the website.

To lock/unlock the registry double click on the respective registry file.
Works for all versions of windows. Modifying the registry can cause your pc to crash or prevent booting. Please backup your registry and use caution at all times. We are not responsible for any crashes or failures.
