2 glasses of water after waking up – helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal – helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath – helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed – avoids stroke or heart attack
Actually, drink water is very important to our life. At least drink 8 cups of water a day, it seems like very easy, but sometimes when we concentrate on other stuff, e.g. work, play…etc. & we’ll forget to do that. That’s good if we have a schedule like the above 1 to remind ourselves to drink sufficient water a day~~hope you all can have a good health~~cheers~~Constant
