Ingredients:

Pastry:

1/2 lb plain flour

5 oz butter

1 egg yolk

2 oz icing sugar

1 oz evaporated milk

Egg Custard:

5 eggs

6 oz sugar

10 oz boiling water

4 oz evaporated milk

2 tablespoon custard powder

1/4 teaspoon white vinegar
