10歲的孩子被送進了美國學校，上英文課，老師佈置的作
業是寫論文，題目居然大得沖天：《我怎麼看人類文化》；
上歷史課，老師讓孩子扮演總統顧問，給國家決策當高參；
在中學的物理課上，作業竟然是一個市政研究專案城市照明
系統的佈局；而道德教育，居然是從讓孩子們愛護小動物開
始。

Best way & best time to drink water

Just got the following information & want to share with you all as a reference:
Do you know how to drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body?
2 glasses of water after waking up – helps activate internal organs
1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal – helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath – helps lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed – avoids stroke or heart attack
Actually, drink water is very important to our life. At least drink 8 cups of water a day, it seems like very easy, but sometimes when we concentrate on other stuff, e.g. work, play…etc. & we’ll forget to do that. That’s good if we have a schedule like the above 1 to remind ourselves to drink sufficient water a day~~hope you all can have a good health~~cheers~~Constant
